Eating Healthy means eating a variety of foods that gives you nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, healthy fat, water, vitamins and minerals in here, you can learn how to eat in a way that keeps your body as healthy as it can be.

HOW DOES UNHEALTHY EATING AFFECT YOUR BODY

Eating foods that are unhealthy, can increase your LDL ( Bad cholesterol ) and will lower your HDL ( Good cholesterol ) and increase your risk for type two diabetes and heart disease… Because fast food is high in sodium, saturated fat, trans fat, and cholesterol, it isnt something you should eat often. Eating it too much over a long period of time can lead to health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease and obesity. Fast food is more unhealthy than home cooked meals, as they contain higher amount of unwanted nutrients like salt, fat and various types of additives. (artificial chemicals) and harmful Bacteria too. When junked food is consumed very often, the excess fat, simple carbohydrates, and processed sugar found in junk food contributes to an increase risk of obesity, cardiovascular disease, and many other chronic health conditions as well as infertility in men and women.

There is no question that what you eat affects how you feel, and a healthy diet helps you feel better. The healthiest diet is one that emphasizes  whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables and that includes lean protein and low-fat or no-fat dairy products. 

Sometimes past, after i had my second child,i become so over weight that it almost affected my health. This because during my son's pregnancy, i had a huge appetite on almost every thing call food. Most especially i had great cravings for junk food such as Hamburger, chicken winks especially with Macdonalds. I ate as i wanted and never remembered or give a thought on what was gonna happen to my health. Im normally a thin person in size. So with the extra weight for the few months, i became so uncomfortable and unhappy. I really didnt like getting closer to the mirror at some points. Then later after a period of time i went to seem doctor  for my usual general body check up. And she finally told me i needed to do something about my weight as it was almost going to affect my stomach...This launched me into serious thoughts on how to get rid of this over weight. My previous kilos was 65 and i had add more than 10 kilos during my pregnancy.

Keep healthy food readily available

Go for moslt nuts, fruits and vegetables.

Eat more fish and healthy fatty foods such as avocado, salmon and Olive oil.

My friend, do you know that most of the diseases and health problems we hear today are caused by unhealthy diet and unhealthy life style, Today we hear of cancer, heart attack, liver damages, kidney failures, strokes, diabetes and high blood pressure than in the past years. Why? this is because we no longer have time for ourselves anymore. No more patience in creating time to cook fresh food for ourselves at home. We got much to do a work and much activities to pursue. As such this is leading us into fast food restaurants every day and then. I for one was addicted to McDonald's chicken wings, hamburger etc. Not until my doctor told me I had accumulated fat in my belly and I realised I had added more than 13 kilograms as also had my second child not long. Then I took drastic measures on burning down all those kilograms by focusing on living a healthy lifestyle. Eating healthy with physical exercises daily. This did not only break down more than 11 kilograms in 2 months time, but it also gave me back my energy, happiness, strength, and brought in great enthusiasm in my mind, body and spirit. From then I started feeling more alive, light and living. During those moments of my overweight, I had a lot of slow memory, snoring during my sleep, heart burns, intense gastritis pains and chest discomfort, short breath, body heaviness, until at a point I thought I was gonna have a heart attack as I always had chest discomforts and gastritis pains. My dear friend watch what you eat, watch your if you  really want to be free from all these terrible sicknesses and feel alive.

My Testimony

How i landed into Eating Healthy

After my second baby, I added alot of kilos. I knew i was gonna lose all those kilograms  but never knew how. Formerly or should I say originally im a thin lady, seeing myself in more than 15 kilograms more was just like a nightmare to me. Not to talk of looking myself through the mirror, even as a perpetual mirror lover.  I became so unfortable in my new plumpy, bulky fat belle self. Uuuffff!!!! What do i do? I got myself registered in the jim, but still after the jim, i will eat like a hungry lion. Eating especially much cabs like nuddles, white rice, white bread, drinking coca cola etc.  I had a hyperbolic appetite. I craved almost on every food i thought of. Not until i met this Wonderful lady, Laura Tinzo who challenged me on going on Eating Healthy rather than thinking of just losing kilograms. Wow! Like a Twink, i clicked to it then decided to give it a try. 

Look at me today, just in three months time i ve lost almost 13 kilograms??. Going for eating healthy entails alot of sacrifies, hard work focus and determination. And doing it fully without any compromise involves alot of discipline that should start from the mindset. You must be able to tell yourself i want it, i need it, i must do it and i can do it. Anyway,,will give a pause here on this life changing testimony, and will continue some othertime.
